One of the best lipsticks out there
I have three shades of this lipstick, and regularly recommend to my friends! Somehow this has the perfect balance of being matte yet not dry. Ribbon is the perfect red to me, very neutral, and it lasts so well. You can eat with this on, and most of it will still be there! Myth is a gorgeous purply pink and blush is a lovely neutral your lips but better shade.

Velvet morning
Velvet Morning is my favourite lipstick of all time. I was never a red lipstick wearer until I found this one. Universally flattering colour (a stunning orange red), stays put, but most importantly, it wears really evenly, so even after eating/drinking it doesn't go patchy.

Disappointing
I was very excited to try Ribbon for a classic 1940s red lip in a unique formula. As beautiful as it looks on, I was very disappointed that after only 2 or 3 wears, the bullet broke off from the holder. I contacted Lisa Eldridge customer service who very kindly sent out a replacement lipstick, but unfortunately the same thing happened after so little use! I ended up finishing it using a lip brush but it's something to be aware of if purchasing. I don't know if the formula is almost too dense- I always wear matte reds so I don't think it was user error. It did also go a bit gritty after reapplication. The only product from this brand so far that disappointed- it is a beautiful colour and packaging if yours doesn't snap!.

An Excellent Lipstick Formula
The formula of this velvet lipstick is creamy, highly pigmented and does feel light on the lips. I find that it does apply easily, is long lasting and you do not necessarily need to use a lip liner. However, it is not transfer proof. The undertones and shades available are really stunning. The packing is pretty and I also like the fact that it is magnetic. Overall, this is among the best lipsticks in the market.

Amazing texture
This isn't my first Lipstick from the Lisa Eldridge true velvet lip colour range, in fact this was a replacement for one I'd ran out of. I love the colour Muse as it's not too bright and goes with anything. The texture is amazing, not too thick and not at all dull. The only issue I have is that it doesn't last me long enough probably due to my daily wear. I wear the lip sculpt pencil in 1N for a stronger more defined look.
