a universal, classic true red and introduced it in their Panoramic Long Wear Lip Liner.
A highly pigmented, richly emollient and long-wearing pencil with
a blending brush.

MAY CONTAIN (+/-): D&C RED 7 LAKE.
How to apply
Sculpt and fill in lips with the pencil. After defining the lips, use the attached brush to perfect the line.Then pair with Hourglass Femme Rouge Lipstick, Opaque Rouge or Extreme Sheen Lip Gloss.
