Hi had really high hopes for this brow pencil - as a long time user of Mac's "Eye Brows", I was looking to find something a bit more my shade (too many brow products are either too red, too dark or too green), I have really been hunting for a medium almost grey/brown shade for so long.
In store when swatched on the back of my hand, I loved the colour and it swatched easily. The problem I have is that I have sparse brows and this pencil is really too waxy for me. When filling in areas where there is no hair, it works fine, but then when applied over areas where there is hair, the waxyness really darkens my hair, so I end up with areas of my brows that look really dark.
I don't think this product is bad, I think it probably more suits someone who has fuller brows and is just looking to fill in tiny areas - if like me you really have a lot to fill in, I don't think this is the right product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Missie Design fault lets it down
Application and colour match wise, This is probably the best eyebrow pencil I have ever bought. However, the design of the stylus lets it down. There is no lid and when I purchased the pencil the colour stick (lead) was not secured in place and came out of the stylus easily.
The colour is only about an inch long and mine snapped in my makeup bag after coming out of the stylus, rendering it useless.
I only used it on two occasions. Expensive for a poorly designed product. Such a shame, I love KA make up and have purchased a lot of the range. This one left my frustrated and disappointed.
Speaking to other people they have had the same experience so it wasn't just a one off faulty product.
Please take this back to the design table KA and perfect it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Shellac Excellent but does not last!
I have not found a brow pencil to match the quality of this one. The biggest down side though, and why I wouldn't recommend it, is because it runs out so quickly! I am now on I think my 6th in 1 year!! It is costing me a small fortune.
I am re-ordering until I can find a match that lasts longer.
