How to apply
Sculpt the lips in style and tame the Terrybly Velvet Rouge colour explosion with this pro-quality lip pencil. Apply Baume de Rose to prime lips before applying makeup. Make sure you put the cap back on the pencil after use to perserve the creamy smoothness of its formula.
