Rated 1 out of 5 by SEHJ Very disappointing as normally love By Terry I purchased this lip pencil in 02 / Rose as have numerous other By Terry products that I love. I was really disappointed. It is difficult to get a fine line around your lip and leaves 'lumps/residue'. I spoke to the consultant in Space NK and she said the colour I purchased was 'sheer'. I have eye pencils, eyebrow pencil, foundations, blush, face scrub, Ombre Blackstar shadows, all By Terry that are brilliant. Such a shame. 08 May 2013
