Aromatherapy Associates make some of the best smelling bath oils around and they are therapeutic too. A favourite is Deep Relax which does the work of sleeping pills.

Aromatherapy Associates make sublime bath oils. Of course, you can buy cheaper ones but these are in a class of their own. Although they direct you to use 1 inner capful, I often only use half & they still scent my entire flat & provide genuine therapeutic relief.
I can't even remember how many bottles of this particular variant I've purchased over the years (25-30?) but it's one of my favourites. It's a very warming oil & really does help if you suffer with muscle pain or stiffness.
Couldn't recommend more highly!

When my body may have some aches and pains this always seems to relieve the pain.
Very economical as you only need a few drops therefore it lasts a long time. Worth the price which does seem a bit much, but it is an excellent product.
