Moringa Cleansing Balm
Perfection in a jar!
In the interest of full disclosure, I should say that I'm a bit of a skincare junkie. If it's the new, hot thing, if it's being blogged about...yeah, you can most likely guarantee I am giving it a shot.
That said, I always, always, always come back to the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm. Always. Emma is my homegirl.
I'll start with the stuff that we all want to know: you need a scoop about the size of a gum ball. Warm it up between your hands and then apply it all over dry skin.
And can I just stop right here and talk abut how good this balm smells? To me, it smells like being at the beach on holiday; that warm, suntan lotion and sea smell. Seriously, I would wear it as a perfume.
Ok, so back to cleansing: Once it's on your face, really work it with your hands and knuckles. Massage it in, take your time, use firm motions to loosen up all of the makeup and grime from the day. It's great at removing eye makeup and red lipstick, too.
To remove, I use the included cloth and sweep it off with the soft side and hand-hot water. I just keep rinsing under the tap until the cloth comes away clean.
Some nights, if I feel like having a bit of a tub soak, I will apply another thin layer and then let it sit on my skin, just to enjoy the smell and the softening effects. At this point, I will use the muslin side to remove, which offers a bit of light exfoliation.
The end result is skin so soft and silky that you will want to stroke your cheek like your annoying Aunt Ermintrude. I have experienced no breakouts or purging with this, and have noticed a huge improvement in texture and clarity.
I use this 2x daily and a jar lasts me about 2 months. Keep in mind that I use far less in the morning, since I am not really doing a deep cleanse. I use a little blob about the size of a small blueberry.
Worth every pound, dollar, euro, deutschmark, or peso. A must-have in any girls arsenal. Go buy it. Buy it now. I'll wait!

Good but not the Best
I really like this cleansing balm but I found it not as efficient as the Shu Uemura cleansing oil. I really love to use it the morning before doing my make up, because I don't have any stubborn make up so he will nicely clean my skin, leave it very supple and soft. When I need to remove my make up, I really need to rub the product on my skin, which I find unpleasant. I am not a very patient person...

How have I ever lived without this?!
I've tried numerous cleansers. This is on another level. Melts waterproof and stubborn make off in seconds. Leaves my face feeling cleaner than clean, I feel like I've got a new face! No oily residue, no stickiness, not in the slightest bit drying. Yes this isn't the cheapest cleanser in the world for the amount of product in the jar but I know I'll be repurchasing as soon as I need to. Also, the face cloth is pleasant. Much better than the numerous muslin cloths I've been lured into buying recently. Would like the scrubby flannel to be on both sides though.
