After cleansing in the evening, apply an amount of Crystal Retinal across the face, neck and décolletage. Allow to absorb into skin before applying your moisturiser.
Crystal Retinal application should be phased in gradually, and only use in the evening. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. Always wear sunscreen the following morning while using this product, and for a week afterwards

Really good retinol
After getting a sample of this product, I'm now a convert. I love the texture and the fragrance (not too strong), and it makes my skin feel super soft. I have worked up from using it twice a week to every other day, and I did get some mild irritation to begin with but the benefits now outweigh the transition period. I haven't used many other retinol products to compare, but I'll likely stick with this for the foreseeable.

Holy grail serum
As a bride to be, I have been religiously trying to perfect my skin routine ahead of my big day. This serum was recommended to me as a way of targeting fine lines and unevenness. I have taken oral tretinoins in the past for acne so wasn’t sure how my skin would react to a retinol serum. I have been wowed with results. My fine lines disappeared, blemishes have gone (although there was an initial purge when I first started using - just push through it!) and my skin looks wonderful. I think I probably could have used the 6 version as I have a high tolerance but I’m really enjoying using 3. It smells lovely and a little bit goes a long way. I will definitely ensure this product stays in my life way past my wedding day.

Wonderful retinol product
Medik8 are simply the best over the counter retinol products I have used. I use prescription retinoid on my face, but use Medik8 retinals for my neck and chest. I use Crystal Retinal 3 on my neck and have experienced no irritation, redness or peeling. And my neck looks very good for nearly 52years of age.

The perfect retinoid
After trying and failing with tretinoin many times, I moved on to this. It's the only retinoid I've ever been able to use everyday without irritation and the effect on my skin is obvious. It only took a few weeks and my breakouts and texture were reduced. I would recommend to anyone who has struggled with higher strengths in the past.

Favorite retinol
I really like this product, I received this from Space NK in the 2022 advent calander and it took me a while to start using it as I was using another one. I notice my skin is lovely and soft the next morning and my skin seems to be more even after using. I have sensitive skin, so I introduced slowly, but now use every other day. I feel the price is really reasonable also.
