Luxurious and nourishing
Really like this, it is very moisturising and has a mild mint smell. Using because of medication my lips are dry. I like the container it comes in as well which is compact and feels premium. A little pricey but you have to treat yourself from time to time!

Disappointing
The packaging of this lip balm is chic. This is the only positive of this product as it does not deliver on the benefits it claims. I did find that it does not moisturise as well as similarly priced lip balms. The consistency is thick (feels like sitting on top of the lips)and the scent is also quite strong.

In this cold weather my lips have been getting very dry so I've been using a variety of different lipsalves to keep them comfortable. I have had this one for a while but hardly ever use it because it doesn't seem to moisturise that much. It is expensive, yet it contains petroleum based ingredients which tend to mask rather than treat dry lips. I only use this now and then when I fancy a change, it's definitely not a favourite.

Awful
For £62 I am utterly disappointed in this lip balm. Coming from La Mer I was expecting so much more, since I've used their toners and concealers before (which were exceptional). It's thick in consistency and broke me out around my lips. Not fond of the overly sweet taste neither the mint flavour. Perhaps it could be used under lipstick. Other than that NO! The packaging is on the lush side but not necessarily practical or hygienic.

The best (unfortunately)
I have lost count of the number of lip balms I've tried and the amount of money I've spent trying to find the perfect one (I take medication that gives me chronically dry lips, so that's my excuse). Unfortunately for my bank balance, this is the best by far. I normally hate the scent and tingly feeling of mint, but I'm willing to overlook that here. It's the only balm that can take really chapped lips to perfectly smooth in one application - I was shocked the first time I tried it.
