I like the product but
I like the product but not so happy with the packaging. I’ve had the professional size & ordered the small size to see if product came out easier from bottles. The pump ones have to be pressed very hard & the shampoo in smaller size I need to take cover off as it will not dispense from the cap.

Not fulfilling claims
I really want to love these products but after many months of using different products I find they fall short on the top claims. This shampoo doesn’t add volume and density to each strand of hair as claimed. I love the fragrance and it is a gentler shampoo than others. But that’s it. And then is the higher cost justified?

My waves are back.
I love it! I'm so happy with my hair. I saw an improvement in my hair texture as soon as I started using the shampoo. My hair has continued to heal after using it about 2 months. I have started to see a difference in my hair texture. I have natural wavy hair and my waves had diminished and have started to come back.

Not as good as the smooth
I have been using the smooth shamp and conditioner and I like it a lot. Decided to try the volume one and after a couple of uses, I don’t think my volume is any better. I rather the smooth for my type of hair Which is kinda curly and medium texture
