Long lasting loveliness
I adore this lipstick. The colour lasts a very long time, my lips can still carry the stain the morning after.
The texture is sublimely silky and the rose fragrance makes it an absolute pleasure to wear. All of this praise despite the fact that my colour choice was bad, a good excuse to buy another.
Oh and the case design is wonderful too, I love the magnetic click as you put the lid back on the shinny silver bullet.

yes, it's that good
I do not like to write reviews, but I will for this one. I bought this lipstick bcause of a terrific review in the Wall Street Journal. I did not believe any lipstick could live up to such a high price (it is only lipstick), but this one does. It does last longer than the other lipsticks, but better than that, it does not bleed. It keeps a sharp line teven as it fades.
My only complaint is that the real colors of these lipsticks are not clear online. I wish descriptions could be added, such as
"a dark red with pink overtones) etc.

Not as advertised
I read the Wall Street Journal review of several "long-lasting" lipsticks. Rouge Terrybly was one of the best rated, and one of the most expensive. I took the plunge. One and one half hours after applying my new lipstick (and no eating or drinking or kissing), I asked my daughter how my new lipstick looked. She said, "Well, it's gone." I am so sorry I spent so much money on an ordinary, short-wearing lipstick.
