A professional technique has been developed by a lymphatic drainage specialist.

Apply the product twice a day to target areas (waist, stomach, hips, thighs, buttocks) and massage in until completely absorbed.

Thighs
Use light smoothing strokes with alternate hands to spread the product from the knees to the hips, followed by deep smoothing strokes to improve circulation. (If necessary, this step can also be carried out on the arms).
Use two hands to encircle the thighs and apply strong pressure from the bottom of the thigh to the top to stimulate drainage.

Stomach and/or buttocks
Massage with circular strokes, using the palm of the hand, outwards from the centre then enveloping the hips.
