At the heart of this decadent scent is precious tuberose sourced from one of the last remaining tuberose fields in Grasse. Using the intensely fragrant leaves of the flower, rather than the blossom, Lyn Harris has conjured a far fresher tuberose than the scents of old, without losing any of the plant’s exotic and mysterious character. Powdery top notes of mimosa and violet sweeten and lighten the tuberose, keeping it from becoming too heavy, while base notes of tonka bean, vanilla and amber develop into a creamy, buttery richness. Each Miller Harris fragrance bottle is hand-painted with a beautiful floral print, taken from an eighteenth century botanical book.
