Not for me I personally do not like this product. I have given it a few goes on different occasions and I can honestly say whenever I use it (each time feeling hopeful!) it seems to make a simple whitehead or raised pimple become worse; in that it lasts longer than it usual would if I hadn't applied the cream, it does not dry the area or spot up at all. It seems to me to draw more liquid out of the pimple over a couple of days. I much prefer to use a more drying substance on spots, the one good thing about this cream is it does reduce redness. 08 April 2013
