1. Warm a large quarter-sized amount of Biodynamic Lifting Neck Cream in your fingertips and begin the Chantecaille Neck Massage Technique.

2. With your right thumb firmly press the area under the right ear where the bones of your jaw connect. Slightly tilt your head to the left, while stretching your neck and keeping your chin up. Then cup your left hand at the right side of your neck and sweep down across the collarbone towards your left shoulder. Once you reach the shoulder, cross back towards the chest covering the decollete area. Repeat three times.

3. Repeat on the opposite side.

4. With your right thumb press the area under the right ear where the bones of your jaw connect. Using the back of your left hand and a firm tapping motion, tap the right side of the jaw, under the chin and the left side of the jaw.

5. Repeat on the opposite side.
